Theory was conducted online allowing self-paced learning, with practical training done in classroom. Training was relevant, using state of the art manikins and the trainer Elaine was excellent, keeping the classroom motivated and engaged. Love the snake bite bandage, thanks.
I did the 'Provide First Aid' course a couple of days ago. It has been the best ever first aid course I have done! The course is well structured, with well-prepared online resources (I especially liked the diagrams on managing different injuries) and an extremely professional in-person session. Elaine is a highly experienced and passionate trainer, which is reflected in her training, which is very effective and engaging. She explains many practical tools and logical thinking for effective first aiders in different situations very clearly. Well done!
